1. I had, for the first time in years...
Life Cereal! It was some freaky anniversary kind with candy sprinkles in it, but still... Life Cereal! :bounce:

It's just like normal shredded wheat, but it has like a wee bit of cane juice instead of the weird white chalk frosting. They're freakin' DELISH. :9

8. Unfortunately I have to stick to
non wheat, non gluten cereals so my choices are slim. This is my favorite so far. I'd eat it even if I could have wheat. :)

I like grapefruit stuff, but it interferes with my cholesterol medication, so I have to avoid it.

19. just got back from a work appt. a little while ago
so I had some wheat toast and a nectarine.

Now remember, DTBK, you need your brain food. That's what I always tell my son when he only eats 2 bites of breakfast before school. So make sure you eat!
