4. Don't know about OSU
but for Iowa I believe the starting QB was Kenny Ploen who went on to star in the CFL.

What is Art up to these days? He blew away what could've been an ok career in the NFL.

22. Frank Kremblas?
1958 Rose Bowl
Oregon 0 7 0 0 7
Ohio State 7 0 0 3 10

Already proclaimed national champions, the Buckeyes were heavy favorites against the Ducks. But the game wasn't decided until the fourth quarter.

Ohio State drove 79 yards on its first possession to take an early 7-0 lead. Frank Kremblas capped the drive by going in from a yard away, then converted the extra point.

Oregon came back to tie it at 7-7 before the half, and actually had a chance to lead the Buckeyes in the third period with a field goal attempt that failed from the Ohio 24.

The game came down to Don Sutherin's 24-yard field goal with 14:02 to go in the game. Oregon was stopped by a fumble on its next possession, and drove to the OSU 47 on its last drive before running out of downs.

Individual Leaders

Rushing
ORE-Jim Shanley 11-59, Jack Morris 11-57; OSU-Jack White 25-82, Frank Kremblas 13-43

Passing
ORE-Bob Crabtree 17-10-135-0; OSU-Frank Kremblas 6-2-59-0

Receiving
ORE-Ron Stover 10-144, Charles Tourville 2-27; OSU-Jim Houston 2-59

29. A barely literate racist asshole whose profs were forced to pass him
so that the alumni wouldn't stop donating money because, God knows, no one donates money to a school because of its education program, but only on whether the football team wins, let's all get our American priorities straight for fuck's sake, passing classes and learning stuff and leaving college educated, sheesh, what the fuck is up with that idea, it's all about the football team.
