(This one's probably made the rounds already, but I hadn't heard it before).

Man walks into a bar and spots Bush and Rumsfield huddled in a corner, discussing something. "Wow, what are the president and his Secretary of Defense discussing in a bar?" he asks.

Bush says "We're planning World War III."

The man is taken aback. "Really? What's going to happen?"

Bush says "We're going to kill one hundred forty million Muslims and a blonde with big boobs."

"Big boobs?" the man asks. "I don't get it, why are you going to kill a blonde with big boobs?"

Bush turns to Rumsfield and says "See, I told you no one cares about a hundred and forty million Muslims!"
