say "uhhhh" whenever they talk, or people who continually say "you-know" whenever they talk.

20. I had a professor once whose verbal hesitator was "In Fact..."
At LEAST once or twice every sentence. One day, when taking notes, I just snapped and filled an entire page with the words "In Fact" written over and over and over again.
