although it may be better to have an english major come along and help your friend.
"On" is acceptable, though you should pluralize printer (Windows PCs and printers).
I'm a bit bothered by the "trouble shooting and problem analysis" part of the statement. It is probably okay though.
On edit: "Of" is probably a better choice (instead of "on".)
