I was researching the local Friends Meeting house...They have a list of organizations they support...mostly other Quaker or Peace groups...But one of the items on their list is the city they are located in...
They state that although they are tax-exempt, they still benefit from the city's services, therefore they donate money to the city!
Really very cool!

He laughed and then beat on me...
No he became Quaker to pick up chicks....
All the hot chicks in his neighborhood were quakers...

...he told me that he joined a church, because that was the best place to pick up women. I'm not religious, and never had a problem finding companionship back in "the day" when I was single, but apparently, church was his gold mine...
