I do hope they find him, safe and sound. I was a right big Cowsills fan back around 1969 - 1971.

And recently the family released a DVD of all their TV appearances from that era, as part of a benefit for the oldest brother Bill. Some amazing moments with Johnny Cash, Dean Martin, and later on the Barbara McNair show and Playboy after Hours.

Guess now that the ol' lady is out of the house for the morning, I'll watch them do "Anything Changes" 20 times in a row. Barry looked so happy rocking out that proto-Townshend 5-4-1 progression on his Rickenbacker. I always get a bit weepy watching this, mourning for those idyllic prepubescent years of mine spent in the verdant hills of that apartment complex.
