I felt it last night. My husband was away on business. My 18-year-old was camping. My 5-year-old and 3-year-old were asleep.

Ordinarily, I would relish the quiet and freedom to do what I wanted, but I was just lonely.

have asked me that on instinct, damn good instinct. All kidding aside, it was an English paper I had to completely do over again because the teacher has a chip on his shoulder for some reason. You know the type, I am sure. Most teachers are decent people, but there are a few who think the world revolves around them. I was going to write a story about my gerbil, rodent pet, and he insisted I did not write about him...

I posted a picture of him in a pets thread in the Lounge somewhere.

I just saw him there in May. I saw he was coming and I really wanted to go and when I saw it was non-smoking I thought of you and wanted to tell ya. I think they allow smoking in the bar part, but it is far enough away. He is really good solo too. He has someone else that's going to be with him, but i can't remember his name.
