HMMM think of something nice to say here..... Hurray for Dilfer!!!???!!! Wonder what is up with the Packers? Wasn't Lincoln President last time they got beat by the Browns? I am a Packers fan....this is very disconcerting... At least the Seahawks won....barely...also very disconcerting.... (spelling edit added)

3. So did the Lions last week, and they suck |
|
as they reminded me again by losing 38-6 to the f'ing Bears today. The Packers look really bad. At least the Browns seem to have a good coach and players who are trying and buying into his system.
So sick of the Lions. They have no heart. Lots of players with "potential" who have convinced themselves they're great talents without ever doing anything. I'm becoming convinced it's a characteristic of the organizational culture of the Lions and a reflection of an owner (William Clay Ford) who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and is too comfortable himself.

7. The Spartans are an exciting team to watch now, win or lose |
|
But man we tried to give it away. That was nerve racking. Not sure why John L. went into turtle mode early in the 3rd up by 21 points. He did the same thing against Michigan last year and it cost them.
Hopefully we don't blow it by losing to Illinois next week. The Spartans are kind of like the Detroit Lions of college football. They always have potential but tend to get full of themselves after a big win or a couple wins in a row and then lay an egg.
