Lamb that was very close to "turning".

It was on a bed of fat yellow rice. It was also served on the bone.

It was, quite possibly, one of the nastiest hings I've ever eaten.

I almost swore off meat.

As I ate it, the texture of the rice and the nasty taste oft he meat...

Well, I won't get into it, however, I was very close to :puke:

On Edit: English Xen, do you type it?

4. Well
I defrosted it on the radiator last night, couldn't be bothered to cook it so put it back in the fridge. When I took it out to cook it smelled a bit wierd but I thought no way could it go off so quick.

So I fried it, put the mushrooms and pasta in....a couple of bits were ok and I ate the mushrooms. The rest I chucked.....before I ate it ;-)

:nuke:

Bummer....bad chicken can result in salmonella...not pretty.

BTW never defrost ANY poultry in that manner...either use a microwave or a pan of cold water....bacteria spreads quickly in poultry with uneven temperatures.
