Skype calls are fully encrypted. quite secure, too.

11. MCI is on my shit list

I'll never use them again. Since I switched to Cox my monthly bill is almost $20 less.
The month I cancelled, they charged me $23 for two days service.

12. I got back from vacation and had three monthly bills from MCI

One problem; I cancelled my account with them two years ago. Somehow their automated system restored it on June 2. Took two hours and switching from one bozo to another before I finally yelled at them enough and they agreed to wipe out the account and supposed debt.
