When I exercise, I turn my O2 up to 4 liters per minute... |
|
I usually have it at 1.5 or 2....
So I did the bike, got a great burn, jumped off and threw together dinner, thin cut strips, pan fried in Onions, Garlic, Fresh Oregano and Mushrooms with a dash or Worcestershire sauce just for snicks....
That was about 2 2.5 hours ago....
So I am in here, music off, typing and posting and coming down from my Indians high when I start to hear something wierd....
Like there is a something going on outside....
I get up, start looking all over and nothing...
Sit back down, still this noise....
Here I was hearing the roar from 4 liters trying to cram through the little nose tube.....
Yikes, I'm way too preocuppied......

3. Omigod, my dear Chris... |

How funny is that! You nearly blew some new holes in that poor little cannula...
I forget just how many liters it is supposed to carry maximum...I've been out of the hospital environment (thank god) for far too long...but I think you just might have been out on the edge...!
And how yummy your dinner sounded...lucky Mrs.WC...not having to cook....
My husband would starve if I didn't cook for him....or else he'd be broke from eating out all the time...
When we married, he knew how to cook two things: hamburgers, and how to broil steaks...He taught me how to do them, and then he promptly forgot ....
Good times, indeed....

8. Thank you for your serious answer to my frivolous one.... |
|
They must work you pretty hard in PT....I'm curious as to what sorts of things you do there...If you feel like talking about it...
I've had PT...for my right shoulder, which is full of nasty bony spurs and where surgery is not an option...The PT helped enormously...
