I hate the wake-up anxiety dream!!!
What an awful way to wake up in the morning! x( Now, i'm all tweaked and edgy...Why can't the dreams about things that worry me be the ones i don't remember?!

Anyone else get these sometimes?

5. I can't recall having those, but I probably have in the past.
Edited on Tue Sep-20-05 07:18 AM by JimmyJazz
The worst ones for me are when I dream about someone I haven't seen in years. I end up spending the day trying to figure out what triggered the dream.

9. I dreamt about work
x(

And now guess where I have to go?

x(

I wonder if I can convince a manager to put hours I worked metaphysically on the clock.

:P

15. I understand.
2 biggest fears: Losing something you have, or not getting something you want.

I just get out of bed, have a cup of coffee, have a smoke, and share it with my sweetie and it's all better...

:hi:

I find that adrenalin actually hurts - feels like something crawling under your skin

16. You need to resolve it by dreaming a "good" ending - even while awake.
It is most likely an unresolved issue in your life that needs to be resolved.

Before you go to sleep - keep on mulling it over - thinking of a good ending to the dream (one where you have mastered and rectified the bad situation). Keep on saying "I will resolve this dream tonight."

Hopefully, this will trigger your subconscious to resolve it in your sleep. If not, first thing upon waking up - dream a solution to your dream - even if you are awake. You are still in a pretty suggestable state at that point.

If you can do this - it's worth about 10 years of therapy. Your subconscious mind is more powerful than your conscious mind.

17. You're lucky. I have the most boring, uneventful dreams imaginable.
My dreams usually go like this:

I'm in a house, and there's a door. I open the door, and there's a room. In the room, there's a shelf. End of dream.

I envy those people who have dreams where stuff actually happens.

18. I keep having dreams about vampires and flesh-rotting diseases.
When I sleep long enough to have a dream, anyway. I did have one good dream about Orlando Bloom.
