How do you reward yourself ?

For doing something you don't want to do; or don't enjoy doing, but have to do; or have to do and it just plain bums you out.

I visit my RW elderly mother at the nursing home, sometimes once, sometimes twice a week. It is a two-hour roundtrip. Obviously it is depressing and sad. The only thing that keeps me going sometimes is the fact that I get a medium Dunkin' Donuts coffee for the ride home.
