the animated gif in your signature as well as any other pictures in your posts must be stored on a server somewhere and then they can be linked to. You can use space in an online photo-storage site like smugmug. Most internet service providers include a little web space in the deal.

For animated gif in the sig line, just include code as for any other picture: http: // www.yourISP.com / yoursite / picture.gif (with no spaces, of course)

you can insert a code like "center" in square brackets before the graphic, then "br" in square brackets to create a line break, then your text (in your case those candidate links), then "/center" in square brackets.
