Rick Sanchez is such a tool, he was out in the water, the water was splashing all over his legs....
Oh, and now he's on the 7 mile bridge shouting and being very loud.
I think *someone* is excited about his very first chance to cover a hurricane!

It's not his first hurricane. He covered Andrew -- and he made a spectacle of himself when he cried in front of the camera because things were so dire in Miami.
I will never forget watching it on my battery-operated black and white TV because I was without power and half a roof.

He was ragged on in the local media about that. Granted, it was an emotional time, but nobody wants to see a grown man break down and cry on TV.
