damned liquid laundry detergent! |
|
Does anyone else besides me ever have blue 'splotches' or 'streaks' stain their light coloured laundry when using liquid laundry soap? I ALWAYS make sure it's mixed in with the water really well. I never pour it ONTO the laundry and still I've ruined another nice blouse!!!!
Does anyone know how to get those stains out?
thanks for any help you might have.

I've never had that problem, however. I always had the problem of the powder detergent getting stuck on clothing.

I so appreciate it too, I am just really ticked. I don't have a lot of stuff I can wear with this rapid weight loss and it makes me mad to have to ditch this blouse.
"rant over"
thanks again!!
I'm keeping YOU in my heart and thoughts !

http://www.cleaning101.com/laundry/fact/laundrytable1.htmlLook for "Blue Stains". If caused by a detergent or powdered laundry aid, add 1 cup (240 ml) of white vinegar to 1 quart (.95L) of water. Use a plastic container. Soak item for one hour; rinse.
