When it cost more than $40 to fill up my small SUV, I got rid of it. Then I bought a mid-sized car and spent $40 to fill THAT vehicle when when gas went above $3. Now I am thinking about driving my wife's small car (I have a much longer commute than her). But, if gas goes to about $4, I'll be spending $40 or more to fill that car as well.
The lesson: God wants me to pay $40+ for a tank of gas. If I buy a moped, gas will go to $40 a gallon -- I just know it.
