1. Cute pic!
I was a happy child and when the camera was around, I was always posing. So there aren't any pics of me being pissed.

I lovelovelove children's drawings. (But gosh, I was a senior in high school on the date that drawing was made. )

21. You darling . . .
I absolutely agree that age is largely meaningless. I'm 42 and my years since 35 have been the best in my life. (Look again at my hatband in that collage. The little heart is Mr. Heidi when he was about nine years old. ;) )

30. Oh me too. I'm reading a book about him now, Love All The People
(which is quite good), and I'm convinced he's supposed to be my frickin' mentor. The one thing I dislike about my age is that all the people I really admire kicked off before I got to see them. But that's just how it is I guess.
On the plus side, it means if I want to get a tattoo of his name there's little chance he'll do something to make me regret it. :D

18. I loved loved loved private school
Loved it. But the one I went to wasn't a religious one. Well, we said the lords prayer once a week. But most of the students were Jewish, Atheist, Buddhist, well... basically anything non-christian.

I did spend a short period of time in a mennonite ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mennonite ) school. Worst experience of my childhood. To be raised and Atheist and then dropped into super-whacko religion land was HELL. Not that all mennonites are whacko, but these ones sure were.

They called my Mum at work to tell her that I was possessed by, or an incarnation of, the devil. (hehe mood icons)

Way too crazy!

10. Thanks, my friend!
The scan is maybe too small for you to discern that the printed material is from: a pack of Winston 100s ("Full, Rich American blend) and the tags on a pair of Levi's shrink-to-fit 501s (my working "uniform" ("This is a pair" and "Bar-stitched at Points of Stress"), as well as an old map of the earth.

I was a total loser in high school. Didn't even have a real girlfriend until college. Must've been that summer after my senior year I spent playing in the glam band that did it. For some reason wimmen in my town really dug brainy guys who wore make-up. go figure.

15. NO!
Mr. Heidi was a European glam guy for a spell at about the same time. I fell for him, though, when he was in his brooding writer phase. ;) (Yeah, he's extremely introverted, but well worth getting to know. How could I _not_ love a guy who can turn the phrase, "Well done, Ensign Crusher!" into a term of endearment? :eyes: )
