Someone please tell me how to make carne asada. |
|
I'm begging you. We used to live in Southern Californ-ie and would frequent "Alberto's" for a carne asada burrito. I've tried some recipes on the internets but they never turn out right. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me.

I really should sometime, but I never think of it.
It's always french or asian for me. I'm so boring.
You may have just inspired me to start playing around with Spanish and Mexican dishes.
I do want to try to make paella sometime soon.

6. I've made paella and it's awesome... |

much better than anything in a restaraunt. I used julia Child's recipe from the Good Morning America recipe website (I used shrimp and rabbit though).
Thanks for the links..I guess I'll just have to start trying them one by one.

is that in "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" they have roast beef for the welcoming feast, but in "Harry Potter y la piedra filosifal" they have carne asada.
