Poll question: How Many Telephones Are In Your House?
I'm talking individual land-line telephones, cordless, & other extensions phones (and your fax machine if it has phone attached too.) --- Think about it... you're taking a mental roomy-by-room tour of your home right now, aren't you?

Okay... what's your answer?

-- Allen

No specific reason for asking... just thought it would be a weird enough poll that would be cool to watch grow.

1. I do not know why two people in a three-bedroom house need SIX phones...
... but we do. They are all connected and working. (In addition to two cell phones as well.)

9. Three cordless and one non-electric old fashioned desk phone.
For some reason all the cordless phones are usually upstairs in the kids' rooms.

16. I have 5?!
Edited on Fri Sep-23-05 07:21 AM by kick-ass-bob
One is on a fax machine, one is a corded phone (for when the power goes out)
2 are cordless to one base station, and one is only used for caller id in the living room (the ringer is off).

on edit: I am in a pretty bug house

18. One each in my two office rooms, and Mrs R's cellphone.
If I'm not in the office, I rarely answer the phone, and never have the cell phone in my car unless I'm going out of town on a business trip.

Kinda old-fashioned that way.
