What's your normal bedtime?
Or does it vary? Wanted to post this topic before I sign off DU.

Mine is 2-2:30 AM.

5. Depends on when I want to take my pills --- tonight, I'm early because
I had my "rectal repair" today. (We discussed it last night, thank you very much -- and the thread was deleted -- I guess that's worse than locked -- by this morning). Suffice it to say, everything came out alright in the end, so to speak.

Tonight, I'm aiming for 11 PM, unless I want to watch Jon Stewart, then it's 11:30 PM Pacific Time.

7. Depends on the day of the week.
Edited on Thu Sep-22-05 11:38 PM by ZombieNixon
During the week (Sun-Thu), right about now. I have slightly later clases on MWF, so I might push it another hour or so. On weekends...the Zombie knows no sleep.

Tonight...as soon as this totally ass-kicking record is finished playing and I've repeated air-guitaring to the last two tracks to an unhealthy degree.

10. Same here
I normally sleep 5 to 6 hours a day and feel well rested. I might get an hour or two more on the weekends.

I guess that's why I'm a Nighthawk!

16. Varies.
Well my wife usually hogs the T.V. when I get home from work so when she falls asleep around 10:00pm I need a few hours to watch my programs before I fall asleep. Usually 12:00am-1:00am.

24. 7-7:30pm for me.
I get up at 2am to head into work. Done by Noon. I like the shift quite frankly.
When I go to bed, my 8 yr old daughter joins me and reads to me for about 30 minutes. I get nice and drowsy, hugs and kisses, goodnight Daddy!

27. I usually pop the Ambien and Trazodone between 9 and 10
...which means I'm usually dead to the world before 11, with any luck. However, my doc and I have been messing with my meds lately, so it's been erratic the last couple weeks, unfortunately.
