I am super pissed off

My mother lives in South Louisiana, and had to evacuate yesterday because of Rita. She called me before she left, and told me that when she called a hotel in Arkansas to get a reservation, the woman said to her, "Oh, are you horrible people coming back again?" My mother got a hotel room in Natchez, MS instead. Am I justified in wanting to rip out this vermin's intestines and feeding them to rottweilers?
