Good Thoughts, vibes and Prayers needed: Skip's parents in car accident...
His dad passed out at the wheel, they went over a curb and slammed into a storm drain, one of the big ones. Scooby, their sweet mutt, hit the windshield and flew back into Skip's Mom. Their dog is fine, but the truck is totalled. The parents are resting tonight in the local hospital for observation. Skip's dad has a heart condition and they're monitoring him for abnormalities, but all the labs thus far have come back negative. His mom is sore as hell, but she reacted correctly. She went for the ignition. She couldn't reach it but at least she was thinking quick on her feet. She's fine, but is having some pain on her left side, so they have her in the same room with him with an identical heart monitor on. She's really stubborn and is pretending it's not as bad as it is. I love these people like they were my own parents and I pray they are going to be ok. So please, if you are a praying person, pray for my family. If not send some good vibes and thoughts our way. And also for Scooby. I love that mutt. He's my favorite dog in the whole world.

10. Just to let you guys know...
They got home safely about a half hour ago. They still haven't figured out why he passed out, but they're quite sore and will be for awhile. The pup is fine. He was very excited when they came home. Now they get to start shopping for a new vehicle, his Mom said when I talked to her. They were laughing and joking around last night, so we knew all was well. Thanks so much to everyone who sent happy thoughts and prayers to my family. They were much apprieciated. Now I've got to go to Pet's Mart to get the mutt a safety seat. :hi:
