4. I have a great recipe for peanut butter fudge, if you like |
|
It is my grandmother's recipe. The kids in my son's JROTC unit love it.

5. Here's a quick fudge recipe: |
|
Take a can of chocolate cake icing and mix in a bag of chocolate chips. Put it in a glass pie pan that has been buttered. Put in microwave and check it every minute until the chips have melted. Put in the frig until cooled. Cut into pieces and you have quick fudge. Add peanut butter or nuts if you like.

6. Easiest fudge recipe in the world: |
|
Melt together half a stick of butter and one 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk. Bring to a near-boil. Add 16 ounces of chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, dark, even peanut butter chips work) and remove from heat. Stir until the chocolate melts. (Return to a gentle heat if you need to.)
Pour the fudge into plastic/parchment-lined baking dish. Chill until firm.
As a variation, you can add mini-marshmallows and broken-up graham crackers after the chocolate has melted, or a couple of shots of booze or extract to the hot butter/milk.
