But thank God for this: Luckily, it isn't the flu. No aches, no coughing. Just a stuffy nose, pressured ears and a slight fever, in which the nose part has already been taken care of by me taking Zicam. That stuff Zicam does wonders. I once got the first sign of a cold last winter, and I SWEAR TO GOD, the frickin' cold DISAPPEARED within six hours. Another time this summer, I took it again at the first sign, and the cold was reduced to a 72-hour thing.
Hopefully it won't be too bad this time around. I hope it's gone by sometime on Sunday if the Zicam holds up.
With the way this flu season might be, I was planning on getting a flu shot, but I can't recieve one if I've got a cold. I haven't had the flu in 10 years, but I'm thinking this year may be different. Welp, plenty of juice, water, Gatorade and rest for me tonight...

I just got done telling my husband that all of a sudden I think I am getting a cold. Nose is nasty! Booooooo. I had my flu and pneumonia shots, got them last week so it must be just a cold. I better go look for our Zicam. Feel better!

3. A nasal spray that you take when you first realise you're getting a cold. |
|
You spray once every four hours for 48 hours, and the cold lasts only three days at the most.
