Anyone have an article about a judge ruling that Miller beer isn't beer?

I sent it to my dad who lost it, I didn't save it, and search is off.

A google search was useless but did return a thread from DU in 2001, which was strange.

5. No, see, we know this...

My dad has a long standing "feud" with a relative who worked for Miller. We'd get Miller stuff for christmas and my dad would point out it was a terrible gift because it's not even real beer, etc.

So I sent him that article to help him out this christmas but his computer crashed and he lost it. It was just needed as part of a decades-long family joke.
