gang on Detroit threatened to kill off my hubbie next wednesday. These people have been known to drive from DET to L.A., CA to off their rivals. It's entirely possible that we both could be dead within the week.

The cops and the feds refuse to blink over it.

The gang member in question is living with my man's ex-wife, who had my man charged with a sex offense three years ago. While trumped up, it totally destroyed his life; he's unemployable now (yes, even fast food), and his ex won't even let him talk to his daughter.

Tonight this f**kwad threatened to kill off my man. Next week, in six days.

All the cops had to say was "get a wiretap". They know he's a convicted sex offender as well.

Incidentally, we both witnessed a major drug deal taking place in our parking lot. When we repeatedly tried to get the police involved to stop this (it's happened two or three times that I know of in the past two weeks), I personally was threatened with arrest... for harassment.

Yup. I was threatened with arrest for harassing the police into doing their jobs.

Oh- they didn't take my man's calls re: the drug deals until *I* called them. No record, federal employee.... etc.

So, if you're a convicted sex offender... how do you get the police to take you seriously?

I mean, really? How?
