12. Yes, kinky, I mean stinky fellow brussels sprouts lovers!
Braised, roasted, steamed...pickled, with butter, with Parmesan cheese, with salt and pepper...I'll have to try Tabasco...

They may make the kitchen smell funky, but so does a lot of other stuff.

22. Depends on how they are made!
As long as they are cooked quickly, and not boiled for 20 minutes...they can be fucking excellent!

My favorite way is to cut 'em up finely, fry them in duck fat for 30 seconds, toss in a bunch of lime juice and cover the pan for a minute or so.

Fucking excellent!

24. I love them, as long as they are not overcooked..
nice fresh, lightly steamed Brussels Sprouts with just a little butter are just divine.

Another really cool way to fix them is after steaming them, concoct a sweet and sour sauce and toss them in that with some crumbled up cooked bacon until the sauce is heated through. YUM YUM YUM.

However, my wife likes to remind me of her father's recipe for brussels sprouts:

1 lb sprouts
Peel. Cut crosses in the root base.
Bring 2 cups water with a tbsp butter to boil
Add the sprouts
Boil for 8 minutes
Pour the whole thing down the garbage disposal

59. Yummy.
Remove any discolored leaves and boil for three minutes, maybe four if they're big, no more. Shock 'em in cold water to stop the cooking.

Slice them in half. I like them sauteed in bacon fat (or maybe pancetta) and dressed with a mustard vinegrette.
