We used to rent movies from them, and one time they started calling about a movie we supposedly had not returned. I had returned it and told them so, but they kept calling. So, one day when I was in the area, I went in and SHOWED them the movie on the shelf. It was an old movie, and they only had one copy of it. Needless to say, they did not bother us any more, and we also dropped our membership and wrote a letter to the headquarters (who sent us coupons for free movie rentals, which we round-filed).
