3. What photo editor do you have?

If you have Windoze go to the start menu, mouse over to accessories and click on Paint.

Open the photo in Paint. Click on the Image menu, click on attributes and change the pixel size, being sure to keep the same ratio.

filled-in, nicely shaped, proportionate - and that ridiculous fad of women plucking eyebrows into thin lines - thus giving them permanent looks of surprise - appears to be over.

I'm a natural blonde whose eyebrows seemingly do not exist. :(
