anyone seen or heard of "saints and soldiers?"

just rented it tonight and wanted to know if it was good.

1. just watched it... wow.... what an amazing movie

it's a movie, that IMO rivals saving private ryan and band of brothers. it's a about a group of american soldiers in WWII who escape being held prisoner by the germans. they then find a british officer who crashed his plane carrying vital intelligence. the goal then is to get back to allied territory so the intelligence can be deleivered. though it's so much more, they discuss religion, faith, morality of killing, everything. it's such an amazing movie, you have to see it.

but they are all strong actors and i'd love to see what else they're in.

5. you won't be disappointed

the first time i heard of it was tonight when i went to blockbuster. it was definitely a good choice and i'll be looking for it at a store to buy.
