So who was the leaker on the West Wing?

They keep on hinting towards CJ. I hope it is not her. But I'm hoping they are intentionally hinting towards CJ so that when it turns out that it is someone else people will go oh I thought it is CJ.

Ok so who does Bartlett have to fire?
And who is the leaker?

1. I think it's... (possible spoiler warning)...

Toby. In last week's flash forward, Bartlet commented on him being at Columbia. Toby said, "Yeah, it's not a bad place to spend some time." I don't think they were talking about the university.

Also, Toby's the one who's trying to end the investigations. Then, add how CJ reacted to the reporter going to jail. She told him to reveal his source. If she was the source, she just gave him permission. Or she could have outted herself to keep him out of jail.

Besides, it appears that in 3 years, CJ is too busy procreating with Danny to be in jail. ;)

2. I was thinking Toby too

As you can see the shoulder of the person Bartlet has to fire in the previews of the next episode and it looks like a man's.

I haven't see WW for a while? Did Donna leave or is she still around?

3. She was in last week's eppie

and kind of got into it with Josh. Not in a good way, exactly.

She's still around, but she's not working on the Santos campaign, so she's not on that much.
