Poll question: If you were writing a (max 5page) paper, how short is "too short" |

I think the concept of "assigned written pages" has somehow fallen out of my head. I'm not used to having a limit for anything that I write for work... Whatever I write is long or short enough, or formatted in a specific way for a specific task...
Note: This assignment is due in the morning. Second note: I already have written more than 2 1/2- 3 pages single spaced. on Third note: This is for a grad-level class.

1. What you have should work fine. |
|
You should finish on page 5, I think. Anything less probably won't be as in-depth as the assignment would seem to require, although I don't know anything about the assignment other than the length.

it really depends. Can you say what needs to be said in less than 5 pages? I always (yes, ALWAYS) used less than the maximum. And I was in college for 7 years and 3 degrees. Some people are simply less wordy than others.
Generally speaking, I wouldn't stop with less than 3 pages on a 5 page minimum though. As for the single/double spacing, if it's 5 pages double spaced, I'd say you're done if you want to be. ;)
