Women (or men I guess) Do you keep your finger nails long or short?

Mine grow extremely fast. I keep mine long, but not crazy long. How about you? And do you keep them painted or natural. I prefer mine natural.

4. Half and half

The fingernails on my left hand are very short. On my right hand, I get tips and acrylics put on my fingers, and they're long.

I play guitar. I can't hold a pick for long so I use the long fingernails as picks :-) Weird I know..

because otherwise it does my head in when I'm typing. I don't bite them though. I have to trim them every week.

11. I have a crazy condition

called Attention Deficit Disorder so I constantly bite my nails. My cuticles are nice though

Since I retired last spring, it has been a lot easier to keep them longish.....

I find now that I have to file them down now and then....never used to have to do that.......

They really have NEVER looked better!

15. My nails grow fast and strong.

I wore long nails until I was about 24, when I attended massage thereapy school. There, it was necassary to wear nails as short as comfortably possible.

I keep them very trim for massages.

Two things I never thought I could live without...my nails and my big ass hair. Both gone now and not missed.

As for nail polish, I like it on my toes. I am sensitive to it on my fingers, it actually makes my nails hurt.

But, if a wedding or something is coming up, I will grow my nails out a little for the occasion. :hi:
