it says its playing... but where?

2. It opened Sept. 30 in LA and NY

You're right. It's out in New York and LA.

I very much want to see it. Phillip Seymour Hoffman is supposed to give a fabulous performance. Maybe this will be the one where this talented actor finally gets an Oscar.

"Capote" is also written by actor Dan Futterman.

5. Yes, this is HIS film, and the care and dedication to a completely
convincing and thoughtful portrayal of our most important modern American author and personality. I always loved to watch Capote. The man was all brain and heart and courage. At a time when lives were ruined over homosexuality, he was as brave as any Marine.
