4. My friend and I have been checking a couple of them out.
It feels like a 'Mary Kay' party or something like that. I resist
'organized' things but thought I'd give it a try. I don't really do the binge thing - have never gone to the store and bought a bag of groceries just to devour the whole thing when I get home.
I just have a difficult time sticking to eating correctly.

7. In that case you may find Weight Watchers is more for you. Their points
system is helpful for trying to gauge what and how much to eat.

OA is like AA. It's more about working on your personality and character. The eating is just a symptom of something wrong emotionally or spiritually.

5. I used to attend one about 20 years ago
I had a bit of a binge-purge thing going on after I quit drinking. I found it helpful.

6. The one I went to last week, I found myself feeling hungry about
half-way through and my stomach started to growl. I was sooo
embarrased.
