It feels like a 'Mary Kay' party or something like that. I resist 'organized' things but thought I'd give it a try. I don't really do the binge thing - have never gone to the store and bought a bag of groceries just to devour the whole thing when I get home. I just have a difficult time sticking to eating correctly.

system is helpful for trying to gauge what and how much to eat.
OA is like AA. It's more about working on your personality and character. The eating is just a symptom of something wrong emotionally or spiritually.
