Lawnmower dispute update!

So, my landlord came over tonight and said we've kept the house in such good condition and are such good tenants (despite my unsanctioned sumo matches in the living room) that she'll pay for the lawnmower repairs 100 per cent!

By the way, I'm at the cabin now... already 7 inches of snow!
