The notable thing, I believe, about this one is that he is accused of two murders even though she was pregnant with a baby that hadn't been born yet. A big triumph for the "Right to Life" people. What I don't understand is how the remains of the fetus happened to be discovered separately from the expectant mother. See, I told you I knew details, though I certainly didn't think I was paying attention.:shrug:

I feel bad for Laci, like I feel bad for Chandra Levi, but I think both cases really are not worth all the media attention they have gotten. When it's all over with, an article will appear in "People" magazine, which will lay it all out for everyone to see. Then there will be the exploitation movie about it and then we can all close this chapter and move on.
