Does anyone here use Apple Cider Vinegar regularly? |
|
I've recently been reading up on ACV in hope of helping temper a nagging complexion issue. I only started using it last Thursday and I've already noticed a difference!
Anyone else use ACV for health reasons?

11. She's 12 lbs, I give her a teaspoon a day |
|
maybe a little more. I mix it in with a mushy dog food (Lick Your Chops Turkey and Rice) She likes the food a lot. The ACV gives her vinegar breath!

6. It helps with acid reflux. |
|
Take a shot of it when you feel that burning and it goes away. Better than the funky tablets or white chaulky meds. :-)

Cooked, or by the tablespoon, or what? I've never heard of it having health benefits.

At the moment I'm using regular store bought ACV but I'll switch to organic ACV when I run out. This morning I drank a solution on 1 tbsp. of ACV, 1 tbsp of honey and 8 ozs water, let's see what that does. I too had never heard of any health benefits until last week! Here are some links I found: http://www.bragg.com/products/applecidervinegar.htmlhttp://www.lacetoleather.com/wonderdrug.htmlhttp://frugalliving.about.com/cs/tips/a/blvinpers.htm

for me, white wine vinegar was the gateway drug. From there, I started using rice wine vinegar. After awhile, though, it just didn't have the same kick it used to and I found myself having to use more and more of it. From the moment my "friend" turned me on to Apple Cider Vinegar, there has been no looking back! Let my sad tale be a lesson to you youngsters who may be tempted to "just try a little" white wine vinegar. Don't do it! It's a one-way path straight to pungent, acidic hell.
