Favorite female rock band or single artist?
For me it's tied Joan Jett or Lita Ford.

16. Aimee Mann
Her songwriting rivals that of Neil Young.

However, I also like:

Patsy Cline, Sarah McLachlan, Shawn Colvin, Patty Griffin, Karen Carpenter (The Carpenters), Cass Elliot, and Joni Mitchell.

27. Well I can't help you there. She's got some catchy tunes
and a nice voice, but she's not one of my favorite artists. I like her, but I don't feel the need to buy her records.

Love her as an actress though.
