1. Blecch on the new boy
Bring Rob Lowe back. A White House should have more shallow, pretty, know-it-alls around in order to be believeable.

2. The Matthew Perry character? (I forget his name in the show)
Add him to the poll and I'll vote for that.

5. CJ is just too confrontational with the Prez.
Makes it look too much like a soap opera. On the other hand I like Charlie for his devotion to Bartlett.

9. But, but how?!
I *heart* the Josh! How could you wanna smack him? He's an arrogant, smug know-it-all, what's not to love? :D ;)

(Sad thing is I'm attracted to that type in real life too. :eyes:)

11. Amy! Yech...
She started out great as the head of the WLC (actually the WLF of real-life?) but this year I haven't liked her as Abby Bartlet's Chief of Staff.

How can anyone not like Josh? I think he's darling. ;)

13. Mary Louise Parker.
And it's not just confined to this role. She always looks like she's half drunk, half stoned and 98% horny. Which may be why some dudes and a few select, bi or lesbian women think she's hot. But to me, it's just irritating and uninteresting to watch.

15. no one mentioned the holy trinity of toby, josh, & c j yet?
most shows reflect a basic belief one of them holds as a fulcrum in the way the show's drama is carried out.

Played irritatingly by the irritating Moira Kelly the first season - I was glad to see her go.

18. Okay, finally something I can agree with; Mandy. I didn't like her
at all. I tried to, cause I :loveya: Moira Kelly, but I just couldn't. All of the others I think are terrific. Josh is who I want to be, but my wife says I'm Toby. So, to those of you who don't like Toby, I guess you wouldn't like me.

Also, I'm glad Ainsley Hayes is gone. I liked Emily Proctor (gorgeous and what a sexy accent!) but after sElection 2000, I wasn't interested in a Repuke point of view, since I could get that just by turning on the news. Also, who the hell thought she was Anthrax Annie's doppelganger? Ainsley was gorgeous, but she was also smart and made good arguements. Ann the Man is skanky, ugly, and makes no arguements at all; she just calls names and makes broad, sweeping statements.

Anyway, I like all the characters on "West Wing". And back when Aaron Sorkin was doing the writing, the dialogue was its own character.

20. I like Toby!
He is grumpy and mumbles, which I am known to do, lol.

I think it is interesting that you love Moira Kelly, and STILL didn't like her character. I doubt if anyone missed her.
