If Rove is indicted, the "woo hoo" smiley isn't going to cut it

In the event of Rove indictments, none of the existing DU emoticons (or any combination thereof) will cut the mustard.

I therefore propose the following animated smiley, to be used only in the event of such indictments or subsequent criminal convictions. The smiley shall be:

* Frantically waving the U.S. flag with one hand

* Saluting the flag with the other hand

* Wearing a Santa Claus hat

* Dancing a little jig

* Hollering a sequence of celebratory phrases including "woo hoo," "eat me, freepers," and so forth

* And, last but not least, emitting from its undercarriage a cartoon-style word balloon with the opening notes to "The Star-Spangled Banner"

In the event that Dick Cheney is indicted or named as an unindicted co-conspirator, the above-referenced smiley shall be depicted as copulating with another similarly configured smiley, while encircled by a rotating ring consisting of stars alternating with kittens. The kittens shall be depicted as crapping rainbows in unison.

If Bush is named as an unindicted co-conspirator, it would be commemorated by the Cheney smiley (with the copulating Rove smileys, kittens crapping rainbows, etc.) with added fireworks. The fireworks would spell out something funny -- not sure what, though. Maybe they would form a giant middle finger.
