My cockatiel will NOT shut up!
I have the windows open, and he's communicating with the outside birds. I realize that he's a happy boy right now, but does he have to be so shrill about it?

They both get like that sometimes. Everyone says "they are just being birds" I say, "welcome to the basement for a little while".
