Cheap Therapy: Southern California Style
1. Drive, ride your bike, or walk down to the beach.
2. Place your folding chair in the sand.
3. Plop your ass onto the chair.
4. Fortify yourself with suntan oil and reading material.
5. Watch the waves, then close your eyes and listen to them. Repeat often.
