Showtime blocks its website from being viewed from outside the US

I was trying to check out this series of short films Showtime has coming out called "Masters of Horror" and this was what I got when I tried to check out their page for it:

I tried going to www.sho.com itself and got the same message.

What the fuck?

I'm in the states. I just tried and got in, but it seems so random that they would block those in other areas...

What's up with that?
