thank god for google (re: self diagnosis)

i know i'm not alone in turning to google for medical advice, problems, etc...

i can't tell you the number of times i've figured out my malady, not because of my doctor, but because of the google search engine.

perfect example... for the last several months, i've had the weirdest sensations in my chest, namely numbness, that would spread throughout my entire body... i'd get dizzy, fatigued and it'd come in waves and spells. just strange sensations that were really hard to explain..

but i've tried to explain them to everyone, including two doctors, looking for answers... even had an e.k.g done a few weeks ago -- and TODAY, finally, i figure out that i'm having arrhythmias caused by a medication that i'm taking.

i'm just finally RELIEVED to know what it was... for a while there, i was wondering if i was headed for the pearly gates a little early...


anyone else had similar experiences with self-diagnosis on google?




note to mods: not seeking medical advice here, already found it...
