What is one of the strongest arguments...
that running trade deficits cost American jobs? I am doing a paper on the positions of Republicans and Dems on this and am trying to get a feel for what most Dems think about this. Do you think running trade deficits cost jobs? If so, what is your biggest reason why you think that way? If anyone wants to help out here...I know it's sort of heavy for the Lounge ;)

1. Employing people who can't afford your product
benefits the wealthiest in the world. Eventually it will catch up but by that time the wealthy will have accumulated most of the resources and us proles get to fight for what little we are allowed.
