5. Angels vs. Cardinals

With the Angels winning, of course!

6. Angels and Cards are comparable.

In fact, they are very similar, but Colon is out. Vlad never hit the Cards great when he was in Montreal. Cards are better than the Angels. I don't think they can win against the Cards. But, I, like you are an Angels homer, am a Cards homer. :D It will be an interesting matchup. I still see the Angels-Cards going in.

8. Colon's to have an MRI today. He's out of the ALCS -- not yet known if

he'll be available for the World Series, should the Halos beat the White Sox.

Look at this cutie pie. Jarrod Washburn, tonight's starter. He was scratched from one of the Yankees' games due to strep throat. I am getting old -- so many of these guys are starting to look like just babies.

I should have listened to my mother about football. :D Ah, well. Anyway, if you hear these words: labrum, Acromial-Calvicular Joint and tear, I'm sorry. I hold no hatred to any team in baseball, with exception of distaste to the Red Sox and Yankees now because of their attitudes. So, if the Cards meet you there and I hope and believe they will, we'll talk it through, cry about what our teams do wrong, yell in their good moments and be fans.

BTW: I'm not as cute as Washburn! (insures the picture is hidden from his wife) She all ready thinks Isringhausen is damn hot! All in jest, of course.

I'd actually prefer the Sox or Cardinals though.

Garland, Contreras, Buehrle, and Garcia are a pretty powerful combination, though perhaps Garcia is the weak link. If the defense and the offense get on the ball, nobody can stand between us and a title. But if the bats remain sleepy, man, I don't know how we can do this.
