I've always thought she was funny. Her show is absolutely infectuous. She doesn't do dumb anymore either.

Like any mainstream comedian/comedianne, she hits a few, misses a few.

Quite honestly - I think she would be a great replacement for Leno on the Tonight Show. They could use a woman host, and she would be great. She can interview well...

10. Clock is running on Conan to actually do something funny

I know lots of people LOVE him but it must be a younger generation thing. Every time I have watched him HOPING he would be funny his jokes have landed like current SNL shows-people seem to laugh out of an awkwardness and sense of politeness (that is the only reason I can come up with).

I heard about all these funny things Conan has done (Simpsons and on his show) but yet I still have yet to see any save for the "Big Bowl of Tolerance" which was genius. Oh and Triumph but that isn't really him now is it?

But honestly, I think Ellen would get more people to tune in.

She already has a following, and she has the right kind of humor for that show. Conan will have to tone down his offbeat sense of humor a little - which will be sad, since that's what I like about him.
